How frustrated is Percy Harvin after yesterday’s 41-35 Gator loss to the Michigan Wolverines? You can’t ask a single player to do more then Percy did. He ended the game with 13 carries for 165 yards, 9 receptions for 77 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Yesterday in my in-game blog post, I said Harvin could end up with 100 rushing and 100 receiving yards. I was darn close in the prediction. In fact, Percy outdid my prediction by putting up 242 total yards of offense. That’s simply outstanding.

I know Percy was frustrated, but he didn’t show it. His first words in the locker room after the game were. “I wish we had won it for the seniors, and I want to tell them I’m sorry,” he said. “It’s not right for them to go out like this. You work so hard your whole career, then you end it with a loss. We wanted to send them out the right way, and I feel bad we didn’t get it done.”

Percy played a great game and is an outstanding Gator. He had one of the best all-around seasons I’ve ever seen from a sophomore Gator. You know he gave it his all yesterday. He was absolutely winded in the fourth quarter, but still went out there to ball.

I can’t wait to see what he brings to the table next season.
