		<description>Just because he&#039;s gained 20 lbs. dosn&#039;t mean that he will be slower than before. Chris Rainey put on 20 lbs. since last year and is just as fast, if not faster, than before. Also, Bubba Caldwell was over 200 lbs. last season at about the same height as Percy and he&#039;s plenty fast.

Those 20 pounds are all muscle, and I doubt he&#039;ll be slower because of it.</description>

20 extra pounds won&#039;t speed him up, and in fact may slow him down a tad...but it WILL provide some protection against injury.  

Consider: Champ Bailey, Asante Samuel and DeAngelo Hall are all between 185 and 200 pounds of weight.  A small sample size, yes, but these ARE elite NFL corners. Harvin will have a more level playing field at the next level, if those 20 extra pounds ARE muscle.

Plus, he can focus more on upper body strength and become a more well rounded wide receiver.  So being 196 might actually be a GOOD thing.</description>
